JAWAI
“In 2022 Katya produced, directed and shot an independent documentary called JAWAI, which was shortlisted for a student BAFTA and winner of ‘Best Student Film’ International Wildlife Film Festival 2023”
Credits go to SUJÁN for allowing access to film the incredible story about the relationship between the Rabari tribe and their resident leopards.
“When it comes to wildlife content in conservation, I truly believe in the power of a photo. I want to give animals a voice and bring attention to their existence, showing people just how important they are to our ecosystems.
My aim is to inspire people to be more compassionate towards wildlife. I approach my work with enthusiasm and energy, fully immersing myself in my wild surroundings”
